This is hilarious. You, Evan, state that Paul is in “hiding” in the Philippines and cannot fly anywhere because he is using an illegal passport, which was issued to him in 2005, by the way, and according to your very own blog. But, he is now in Thailand? LOL

The only place Paul can’t fly with an illegal passport is the US. It’s the only country can detect if his passport is legal or not. I cannot imiagnine Paul missing out the chance of going to a party where there might be young maids and nanny’s in attendance.
It would be interesting to hear if there was any update on the case that “our Heroine” is bringing against him.
I also see that Paul is having a go at Matt wilkie for starting his own forum. Paul does not get it yet as to why people are leaving his forum. It’s a syndrome that people who beat their partners all seem to have, they think they are doing nothing wrong and they are entitled to do it, no matter what country they are in
well some people anounched their departure and doing a google paul+livingincebu brought me here, I read some of the stuff and it seems there are some serious issues with the owner of the site and I have to review if I want to post there.
I do not agree though on some comments that the majority of the posters would be associated with the behavior that Paul is accused off, there are some warped foreigners out there I am sure but there is a good chunck who just posts out of an interest for the country or a has a relation to it, if there are many sexpats posting there they are mostly not that open on the issue.

That forum is run my Matt Wilkie, just another expat that needs to be in the forefront and he thinks himself as a “know it all”. He has been chased out of at least one forum. Anything he has to say, I would take with a grain of salt.
He is just as bad as LinC, with banning and deleting posts that make him look bad.

I’m starting to believe no one sees my posts. I have been posting a challenge for a long time but no one has taken me up on it, why? Here it is again:
Here are some simple things you can do the prove who is the liar, Paul or the people posting on this blog.
1. Invite Paul to go with you to Immigration to clear his name as being in the Philippines illegally. He will not go to Immigration because he is still Blacklisted since he was deported in 2006. He removed the Sr. from his Passport so he could reenter the Philippines illegally. They will put him in a cell on the 3rd floor, maybe the same cell he was in in 2006.
2. Ok so he wouldn’t go to Immigration with you, so try this one. Ask to see his Passport and look at his Visa stamps. You will be surprised to see a BB stamp for each year since 2006, but where is his Filipina wife? Ask to see his Marriage Certificate, he doesn’t have one. When he was deported in 2006, he didn’t have a Marriage Certificate either and the date of marriage that he gave Immigration was 10 days before he entered the Philippines. He is not eligible for a BB stamp.
3. To prove Paul is not guilty for having sex with minors, ask Paul and Jinky to let you see her Birth Certificate. They will not let you see it because her Date of Birth is April 20, 1994. She is only 17 now and was 16 in March 2010 when Paul took her virginity.
If you are really interested in the truth then you will try the 3 items I listed for you. And, if you don’t try them then the truth doesn’t matter to you, just go on believing Paul’s lies.
Oh, you say Paul is hiding so you can get him to go to Immigration with you, then do this:
Call Immigration at (032) 345-6442-4 that is Mr. Ogarte’s phone number. Just ask him the status of Woody Paul Petrea Sr. He will not have to look it up because he is well aware of his status and other activities in the Philippines.
If you don’t do either one of these things then you should shut up because you are not looking for the truth. You only want to support a criminal and should be considered his supporter, which says a lot about your character and motives.

I think that most here believe that Paul is guilty of all that you wish to prove.
We are well aware of his crimes.
The ones that wish to deny that their “hero” is a criminal will never be convinced that Paul could do any wrong. His devoted followers on his forum, his drinking buddies, his partners in porn peddling, and the ones that think woman are there to be slapped around to keep them in line, will NEVER think anything of Paul except as a hero.
It is easy to spot the ones on his forum that support him morally and financially, and soon they will regret ever having supported that fat slob. They are being scrutinized by the authorities as we speak. Philippine Immigration does not want or desire individuals such as those in their country, and will take out the trash as appropriate. If you know where he is hiding you can do all three and if you don’t know where he is then you can still prove who is telling the truth about items 1 and 2. Just call Immigration at (032) 345-6442 extension 4. Mr. Ogarte will answer the phone. All you have to do is ask him about the Immigration status of Woody Paul Petrea Sr. He is very familiar with the case. Oh, you’re afraid to call Immigration, then I will go there with you. I’m available almost every day. And, if you don’t do any of these things then the truth doesn’t matter to you.
@Zip, some of them may have tried and that is why there have been some higher profile exits from LinC recently…. Paul, with the help of his loyal moderators, has run that forum so tight that any word that is not in line with his squeaky clean image, is never gonna see the light of day… never and has been that way for years. Fact or fiction seems to be the order of the day but I want to clarify something as I do sit on the fence generally. Not because I give favour to either parties Paul or the owner of this blog.
FACT is Paul deletes anything he doesn’t like on his forum which has shown him in a positive light to many for years. Recently the demise of his lending business with partner Bill has caused some questions to be asked like “where is my money?” see any of it on the forum ? No? Paul is deleting it but there are discussions going on in private parts of LinC out of prying eyes sight. Paul never went to Florida he is still hiding away in the Philippines and here is a bit of advice for those he owes money to :-
FORM UP A LEGAL REPRESENTATION AS PERSONAL LOANS ARE STILL HONOURED BY LOCAL COURTS AND YOU CAN FILE A CASE. PAUL IS A FLIGHT RISK AND YOU CAN HAVE HIS PASSPORT REVOKED AND NBI CLEARANCE STOPPED. HE WOULD BE STUCK HERE UNTIL THE CASE IS FULLY HEARD WHICH ON AVERAGE IS 5 YEARS.

About the forum, it needs more exposure to the locals. They need to see how the foreigners on the forum think of their hosts and their country. Wombat Phil who is opening a cafe, and thinks all Filipinos should be killed, I hope he gets visited by a few locals who think differently. Skyman who thinks Filipinos are “goombas” and are something to laugh at.
Time to out all these pervs and creeps that post on Living in Cebu forum, so that the locals will know who they are living with, and how they feel about Filipinos and the Philippines.
All good news… no matter WHEN people realize they have been tricked into believing that PP is a good guy… the facxt that they now DO realize this is all good…. everyone falls for a good scam once and again, that they have had their eyes opened by those that already see it… is a success. One issue to consider with the idea of getting the locals to see what the Foreigners are writing about themmm is the fact that these people on the forum are in a way, anonymous to the Filipino… so the risk is if JoJo Filipino sees all this crap… the fear is he will err on the side of caution and aply his anger and disgust to the next foreigner he sees…. difficult issue to navigate and gain the desired outcome. As for the Wonpat character…. well, someone sent me some of his posts and anyone that has read his posts and such… it is clear his cafe has already failed… he just does not realize it since he has not opened the doors yet… his whole biz mind is f’d up… His questionaire for potential employees clearly demonstrated how out of touch he is with the culture and the people. The obituary is already written on that place.. a shme as the interior work he has done seems to create a nice atmosphere, but there is more to it than that.
A solution for exposing the identities of those that make these insane comments is the missing part of the equation towards exposing the forum contributors for what they really are. When angered, you definitely want the anger targeted or everyone will need to watch their backs. How about inviting your collective Barangay Captains out for a meal at a place with WiFi… sit down and show walk them through these posts and how damaging they are to the casual forum members view of the Philippines or Filipinos in general. They need to see first hand at every level how discussted some of us are and how damaging it is to newbies seeking info about Cebu, for example. Show them the new member lists and you can easily illustrate how many people join to learn about the Philippines and then find that kind o f shit and/or are attacked when asking simple questions by the old guard pissing on their trerritorial boundaries… so to speak. I said it before, this LinC forum is no longer anything other than a cesspool of expats that subscribe to PP and his mentality…you have to look through so much shit to find worthwhile info… the true test will be as we see now an uproar over PP and his actions on that site… when that uprising runs it’s course, the target pool will be narrowed to only the true supporters and creators of the filth that they spew out over a place some of us call our second homeland and a people that are worthy of so much better treatment. Kudos to those on the LinC that had/have the balls to take a stand either way… we are pleased to see those with the sense to leave that godforesaken site and for those in support of Paul. well, we know more about you with every post and the crusade will continue and gain strength. I have never committed any crime .. ever.. period, yet I am so sick of being seen as part of the demographic that plagues the Philippines…. that is why I fight this shit… not because I do not have anything better to do… like enjoying my retirement in the peace I sought out here in the Philippines. There are alternative sites out there that do not pump out the shit that LinC is famous for… if you truly seek info about the Philippines and do not have the time nor inclination to sort through all sorts of misdirected shit…. I suggest you find the other sites and stay far away from Living in Cebu Forums, by Paul Petrea… but be careful, he owns many sites as any good scammer would. Look around, find a site and lurk for awhile, then if the atmosphere is more condusive to the learning about Philippine life as you seek… then support that site. Truth is that as Interpol and Other agencies gain more of a view of the site, the more they are tracking and logging IP addresses etc….. think about how far you would go to support this bastard….far enough to receive attention from law enforcement yourself? There are quite a few folks on there that ought to be considering if they want their IP address even associated with having visited LinC about now.

Some of us can’t see what is being said in the secret forums concerning where Paul is and the money. Can you copy and post it here for us?
Being on the run, he likely has his mods doing all the dirty work… when will they wake up and stop protecting this piece of shit…. I say open the gates, let all the REAL comments in and allow the forum to truly represent the current state of affairs… it says on the front page.. .NO SUGAR COATING.. .so …stop sugar coating now… why not, they are unpaid mods .. .what are they really protecting? In his latest page of trash, he mentioned two comments made on this blog, one signed by Bob Ward and the other one by spooks, that according to him, he doubts are the original posters of these comments, to which i reply” What I care if they are or not?!’ As long as the content is in line with the purpose of this blog and contains true facts? He needs to believe that as when you are in his situation, (in hiding, and spinning so many lies and stories) you need to know who is on your side and he probably counts on those two guys from LinC to help him hide. You are 100% correct. Wait until he “returns” to the Philippines and his forum members start asking him to bring them back something from the USA. I can almost bet his “return” will not be posted until he is already “back” in the Philippines, just to avoid this scenario from ever happening. There was one “hidden” post already asking Paul if he could bring something back, but it was quickly hidden from the public forum.
Also, you are 100% correct that in the 2 or 3 months of Paul being in the USA, he will not post a single picture of him enjoying his stay in the USA.
I had a good laugh about him buying a 6 inch Subway sandwich. It is an obvious attempt to give too much info to make it appear that he is in the USA. A normal person would just say they visited Subway and enjoyed a sub. Why give more info than needed, and if he really did buy a sandwich, he would go for the full footlong as it is a better value.
I wonder if his followers are falling for this entire scam? He is in hiding for many reasons: the pending court case, the fact about Jinky’s age and it now being known, and the 5/6 money lending scam and missing money.

The investment was touted as safe and being handled by Paul. I do think he owes the investors some answers, yet he chooses to ignore all efforts to get some answers. Far from what he convince people on his forum at the time. I guess once he got their money, he doesn’t need to treat them so well.
Jinky is a major issue. She is underage, and again Paul has always condemned those that had underage girlfriends, yet he does the very thing that he condemns. Goes alot to the character of someone.

The dust hasn’t even settled on Paul’s 5/6 money lending scam and here comes another one. When I was reading the thread about “Stop Double Your Money Scheme” and a newbie, Jfox78 comes on telling everyone how he manages to earn 30%. He has a few doubters, but true to form he then offers the forum the opportunity to “invest” if you only send a PM to him.
Classic scam. I wonder who is benefiting from this new scam? Seems that newbies are not allowed to “advertise”, but this guy seems to get a pass.
There are enough morons on that forum that will take the bait, and make someone rich. I can almost bet that this guys investment scheme is not registered or legal. So beware, if it is on Paul’s forum, you can be sure it is a scam.
Saw that, you will note that this person only had like 8 posts. Could it be Paul in disguise? We all know he needs funds fast as he crawls out the back door of the Philippines to try to escape justice….. again?? So over the last few months Paul told us investors that he was too sick and/or too busy to deal with our loans. Now today he posts on Linc that some other guy took over the loans in October !! And that that guy just died. If that is the case then Paul has been stalling us and lying to us for months.
Where is he now ? Supposedly travelling around the Philippines helping an expat out is his story. Personally i think he is on the run.

He’s running to avoid arrest of the BofI office in connection with the bribed BB visas he’s receiving affixed on a fake passport.
He’s running to avoid arrest on a warrant of arrest that possibly,repeat, possibly, issued by the state of Georgia in connection with the 1992 case as published on this blog. The INTERPOL office in Manila is investigating the case.

Sorry to hear of your investment… As someone that was around in the infant and planning stages of that loan scheme…..Here is the real deal: Paul, the “dead guy” and that guys Filipina girlfriend were the original and only three partners in the scheme. Their roles, a s told to me by Paul, were Paul was the name and face that could be “trusted” by LinC forum members to invest with. The “dead guy” [ I will not name him out of respect], was the “Ex-banker from the USA with the financial wizardry to keep the scheme running and the Filipina was an accounting type that kept track of the amounts (really, kept track so the other two knew what stories to tell everyone to keep it going). True, the banker guy died this past 1/27… you can find that announcement in the forums… he is identified there. FALSE, that Paul was not involved past October, the real fact is that Paul disappeared with a boatload of the cash and the “dead guy” was fraught with worry and concern…. and if you really look hard… the stress of this whole fiasco with Paul disappearing could have contributed to his downward spiral that ended with a fatal heart attack. Is it a stretch?? Yes, but plausible none the less… the house of cards was left with Paul when the “DG” was hospitalized in December and by that time, the only thing Paul likely knew to do was run and hide and since he needed cash.. .well, he is probably thinking up a new story for his supporters as we write this post. It would have been great to tell everyone not to trust him before they infested… but honestly, un til a criminal screws you… if you trust him… then why listen to someone else’s claims…. he has the benefit of any doubt in his favor at that point. Hopefully, this current situation is broadcast far and wide and all future “believers” in Paul will see enough historical issues with his credibility to never fund his escape from the mounting justice that is around the corner…. he can hide… but when the money runs out… when enough people get screwed by him…. he will not be able to hide and this scourge of the earth will be gone…… from the paradise we all hope is the Philippines. I know you are a follower of Paul and you believe all of his lies because he is very good at lying, but its easy to catch him in lies when you know the truth.
Here are some simple things you can do the prove who is the liar, Paul or the people posting on this blog.
1. Invite Paul to go with you to Immigration to clear his name as being in the Philippines illegally. He will not go to Immigration because he is still Blacklisted since he was deported in 2006. He removed the Sr. from his Passport so he could reenter the Philippines illegally. They will put him in a cell on the 3rd floor, maybe the same cell he was in in 2006.
2. Ok so he wouldn’t go to Immigration with you, so try this one. Ask to see his Passport and look at his Visa stamps. You will be surprised to see a BB stamp for each year since 2006, but where is his Filipina wife? Ask to see his Marriage Certificate, he doesn’t have one. When he was deported in 2006, he didn’t have a Marriage Certificate either and the date of marriage that he gave Immigration was 10 days before he entered the Philippines. He is not eligible for a BB stamp.
3. To prove Paul is not guilty for having sex with minors, ask Paul and Jinky to let you see her Birth Certificate. They will not let you see it because her Date of Birth is April 20, 1994. She is only 17 now and was 16 in March 2010 when Paul took her virginity.
If you are really interested in the truth then you will try the 3 items I listed for you. And, if you don’t try them then the truth doesn’t matter to you, just go on believing Paul’s lies.
This is also a challenge to anyone reading this blog who wants to know the truth.
I know that there are several Linc members who have invested in Paul’s 5-6 high interest loans. I am one of those people. I dont know exactly how many others there are because Paul moved the loan info to another hidden basis. I have tried to get info on my investment for at least 2 months now from Paul and he keeps stalling me – he is sick, Bill is sick , he is sooo busy etc etc etc . i am losing hope that I will ever see my money again.

- After the publication of the sexpats wall of shame and the fiasco of Chris Bennetts that together they tried to send Dean Marston in jail for the rest of his life, he came under pressure from some moderators and members to “humanize” the forum. He went on and erased hundreds of posts -including his rage on Filipinos after his car accident. (Never mind, I have them on file also). But he has moved the discussions on hidden forums, which I am aware also of topics and postings took place there.
The strategy of Paul consist of:
- Bring in a few good people in the forum – like Guenther V – for the heck of overshadowing a felon that owns the forum.
-Watch those sponsored the forum, -meaning contributed to his survival- usually naive, watch their postings, and offer the scam. Even if a portion will bite, scam after scam, die Zählung ist gut!
But not enough to fill his spending pattern. So here comes the next “business”
-It is imperative that Paul is traveling all over the net advertising his profile as a night low life fugitive American, same visiting the bars in Cebu and else where, to attract some of the same in business. Because Paul has nothing else to offer, that’s the only business he knows: Scammer, torturing women, offering “services” to pimps and bars. I have no use for Paul, and think his perversion iis pretty obvious. And yes, I have met him in person [ through a Linc lunch a couple of years ago ].
But I have also met Guenther in person and I can assure you that Guenther is in no way a sexpat or any other kind of sexual predator. In fact Guenther is mortified to have his name in anyway associated with Petrea.

I think the evidence is very clear, and lPaul has finally met his fate. Paul is actually a coward if he must attack a female to prove what a man he really is. This story has been repeated many times with Paul. What I don’t understand is his followers on his forum that really believe he loves the Philippines and the Filipino people.
Anyone posting and supporting Paul and his forum is guilty by association. Those that send money are more a fool. I have seen many on his forum wise up and leave his forum in disgust. The ones that stay and post are mostly misfits or ones that have the same mindset as Paul.
I hope this court case will prove once and for all that Paul is a woman beater and has no concern for the Filipino people or the Philippines. His actions are very well documented on the various forums he has posted on.

Why oh why would a clinically obese fat guy who is sexually impotent want to hang out with a seventeen year old rural girl? What do they have in common?
